Keystone Realtors Limited, formerly known as Keystone Realtors Private Limited, reported its financial results for the quarter ending December 31, 2024. The company showed a significant improvement in net profit, reflecting strong operational efficiency despite a slight decline in revenue compared to the previous quarter.
The company’s total revenue from operations for Q3 FY25 stood at Rs 464.02 crore, a 10.6% decline from Rs 533.07 crore reported in Q2 FY25. However, when compared year-on-year, revenue showed a slight dip from Rs 520.69 crore in Q3 FY24. The company’s other income stood at Rs 21.80 crore, which is higher compared to Rs 12.64 crore in the same period last year.
Net profit for Q3 FY25 surged to Rs 299.8 crore, flat figures when compared to Rs 298 crore reported during the same period.
