Inox Wind Limited (IWL) has recently informed exchanges that the company secured a 60 MW order from Serentica Renewables, a prominent C&I-focused renewable energy company. This project involves the supply of advanced 3 MW class wind turbines, scheduled for delivery in H1 CY25. The turbines will be installed at Serentica’s hybrid renewable energy project in Karnataka, with power being supplied to its partners, including the Vedanta Group.

As part of the agreement, Inox Wind will also provide long-term operations and maintenance (O&M) services post-commissioning. This collaboration reinforces IWL’s position as a key player in the renewable energy sector and opens doors for future partnerships with marquee C&I customers.

Kailash Tarachandani, Group CEO of Inox Wind, expressed excitement about the partnership, stating, “We are delighted to work with Serentica on this 60 MW project. As India’s C&I sector embraces green energy, our tailored wind solutions will play a crucial role in driving this transition.”

Akshay Hiranandani, CEO of Serentica Renewables, said, “This collaboration highlights our commitment to decarbonizing energy-intensive industries with sustainable solutions. Together, we aim to accelerate India’s shift to renewable energy.”
