As part of the engagement, Infosys and LSY will establish a dedicated Global Capability Center (GCC) in Bengaluru, India. The GCC will focus on advancing Lufthansa Group’s software and product development, while supporting LSY’s products for external airline customers. This center will leverage Infosys Topaz, an AI-first offering powered by generative AI, to develop sustainable aviation IT products and data-driven solutions.
These cutting-edge solutions will enhance aviation safety, improve customer experience, and help airlines manage volatile demand. The collaboration aims to modernize technologies across critical aviation functions, including finance, flight navigation, network & schedule design, and aircraft & crew operations.
