Indian Overseas Bank has informed stock exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, to consider and approve the bank’s unaudited (reviewed) financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.
In a regulatory filing submitted to BSE and NSE, the public sector lender stated that the board meeting will be held in Chennai and will cover both standalone and consolidated financial results for the said period .
The bank also announced the closure of its trading window in line with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window for dealing in the securities of Indian Overseas Bank has been closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from January 1, 2026, and will remain closed until January 16, 2026, both days inclusive .
Indian Overseas Bank is listed on the BSE (Scrip Code: 532388) and the National Stock Exchange (Symbol: IOB). The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 29 and Regulation 50 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
