Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Institute for Housing and Urban Development Studies (IHS) from Erasmus University, Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The MoU, signed on February 17, 2025, aims to strengthen cooperation between the two institutions in the areas of training, research, capacity building, and fee-based projects/services in the field of human settlements.
This collaboration will leverage the respective strengths of HUDCO and IHS to effectively implement various initiatives that contribute to the development of urban spaces, focusing on the advancement of sustainable and efficient human settlements.
The partnership is expected to further enhance HUDCO’s capabilities in addressing urban challenges while promoting innovative solutions for sustainable housing and urban development.
