Housing and Urban Development Corporation (Hudco) announced its Q4 FY25 financial results, reporting a 4% year-on-year rise in net profit to ₹727.74 crore, up from ₹700.16 crore in the same quarter last year.
The company’s Net Interest Income (NII) saw a significant jump of 26.4% YoY, reaching ₹962 crore compared to ₹761 crore in Q4 FY24. This growth was primarily driven by a substantial increase in interest income, which rose to ₹2,820.88 crore from ₹2,001.60 crore last year.
Hudco’s total revenue from operations stood at ₹2,844.99 crore, compared to ₹2,065.22 crore in Q4 FY24, marking a healthy 37.7% growth. Total income (including other income) came in at ₹2,854.91 crore for the March quarter.
On the expense front, total expenses rose to ₹1,834.65 crore, up from ₹1,250.92 crore in the same quarter last year. Despite this increase, the company managed to maintain profitability, with profit before tax at ₹1,020.26 crore.
For the full year ended March 31, 2025, Hudco reported a net profit of ₹2,709.14 crore, up from ₹2,116.69 crore in FY24. The annual revenue from operations reached ₹10,311.29 crore, compared to ₹7,784.29 crore last year.
These results reflect Hudco’s strong financial footing and robust demand for housing and infrastructure financing in the country.
