HDFC Bank Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Saturday, October 18, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2025.
The bank also informed exchanges that the trading window for its securities will remain closed for designated employees and their immediate relatives from September 24, 2025, to October 20, 2025 (both days inclusive). The trading restriction has been imposed under the bank’s share dealing code, in line with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
HDFC Bank will publish its September quarter earnings following board approval on October 18. Investors and analysts will be watching closely, as the results will provide insights into the bank’s loan growth, asset quality trends, and net interest margins in the first half of FY26.
