HCLTech has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati to provide early-career professionals in its TechBee program with access to advanced education in data science and artificial intelligence (AI).
As part of the agreement, eligible participants in the TechBee program will be able to pursue a four-year online Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Data Science and AI. The initiative aims to equip early professionals with in-demand technical skills aligned with current and future industry needs.
The collaboration is intended to support HCLTech’s long-term talent development strategy by enabling employees to gain both practical work experience and formal education in parallel. By offering an integrated learning path, the program aims to strengthen technical capabilities across emerging domains such as machine learning, data analytics, and AI applications.
