Happiest Minds Technologies has been honoured among the 2025 Avtar and Seramount Best Companies for Women in India in IT for the third consecutive year, while also being recognised as an ‘Exemplar of Inclusion’ in the 2025 Most Inclusive Companies Index.

The company announced the achievement in its press release dated December 3, highlighting its long-term commitment to diversity, equitable opportunity, and a workplace culture rooted in belongingness across its global offices.

According to the release, Avtar and Seramount evaluated firms on inclusive practices, equity-focused policies, and measurable progress in representation. Happiest Minds’ continued distinction reflects its initiatives in leadership development, mentorship, and support programmes designed to empower women and strengthen inclusivity at every level.

Joseph Anantharaju, Co-Chairman & CEO, said the three-time recognition reinforces the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, citing initiatives such as Women in Break, structured mentorship, and AURA, its women leadership programme.

Sachin Khurana, Chief People Officer, added that diversity and inclusion are “lived principles” at Happiest Minds, reflected in practices that foster respect and equal opportunity for all employees, including women and people with disabilities.

Deepti Moolya, Director and Lead for DEIB, noted that these recognitions strengthen the company’s belief that inclusion must be consistently experienced across the employee journey, with AURA emerging as a key catalyst for women’s professional advancement.

The company has also earned several recent accolades, including India’s Best Workplaces for Women Top 100 (2024), 50 Best Firms for Data Scientists to Work For (2024), and multiple Brandon Hall HCM Excellence Awards.
