H.G. Infra Engineering Ltd. (HGINFRA) has recently informed exchanges that the Rail Land Development Authority has cancelled the Letter of Acceptance for a 60-year lease of railway land in Abu Road. This follows a previous announcement on July 11, 2024.
In the exchange filing, the company shared, “We wish to inform you that Rail Land Development Authority vide its letter dated October 03, 2024, has cancelled the Letter of Acceptance for “ Grant of Lease for Commercial Development on Railway Land at “Abu Road Bungalow no. 102 at Abu Road (NWR)” Measuring 8034.10 Sqm for a period of 60 years”.
