Global Education Limited announced that it has received a work order worth Rs 12.67 crore from the Rajasthan Skill & Livelihoods Development Corporation (RSLDC).
The project involves providing skill development training and placement-linked services to youth under state-sponsored initiatives. The company said the contract is to be executed over three years, with payments linked to milestones achieved during the training and placement cycles.
Global Education confirmed that the award does not qualify as a related-party transaction, and none of its promoters, promoter group, or group companies have any interest in RSLDC.
Headquartered in Mumbai, Global Education operates in the education services sector, offering training, skill development, assessment, and digital learning solutions across multiple states in India.
