Diffusion Engineers Limited has announced that it has received a significant domestic order worth approximately ₹22.86 crores for the supply of critical equipment to the power industry. The order includes ID, PA, and FD Fan statics, Rotary Air Preheater statics, and rotors, reflecting the company’s expertise in delivering high-precision industrial components.
The contract, awarded by a domestic client, is scheduled to be completed by May 31, 2027. The company has clarified that neither its promoters nor promoter group have any interest in the client entity, and the transaction does not constitute a related-party deal.
