Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited (DPIL) has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from KPI Green Energy Limited for the supply of power cables valued at ₹93,08,17,689 inclusive of GST. The order has been awarded by a domestic entity and will be executed within India.
The company disclosed that the contract has been issued on a “kilometre rate basis with PV formulae,” indicating that pricing will be determined based on cable length supplied along with applicable price variation mechanisms. The execution timeline for the order is scheduled to be completed by June 30, 2026.
As per regulatory disclosures under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, none of the promoter, promoter group, or group companies of Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited have any interest in KPI Green Energy Limited. The company also clarified that the order does not fall under related party transactions.
KPI Green Energy Limited, acting as the EPC contractor, has placed the order for supply of power cables, which are critical components in renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
