Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited (DICABS) has announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Amara Raja Infra Private Limited for a significant supply order worth ₹75,13,80,683, inclusive of GST. The order covers the supply of both HT and LT cables, strengthening the company’s order book as it moves into 2026.
According to the disclosure filed under SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR), the contract involves supplying around 110 kilometres of 19/33 kV 3CX300 sq.mm HT cables with water-tight conductors, along with 456 kilometres of 1.9/3.3 kV 3CX300 sq.mm unarmoured LT cables. The purchase order has been placed on a “kilometre rate basis” and incorporates a price variation formula, which is a common mechanism in large-scale EPC supply contracts.
The execution timeline for the project runs from January 2026 through March 2026, indicating a compact three-month supply window. The company also clarified that neither the promoters nor the promoter group have any interest in Amara Raja Infra, and the order does not fall under related-party transactions.
