
Delta Corp Limited announced its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, posting a strong bottom-line performance despite muted top-line growth. The company’s standalone net profit for Q4 FY25 surged to Rs 164.56 crore, more than doubling from Rs 72.41 crore in the same period last year.
Revenue from operations, however, remained marginally lower at Rs 182.65 crore in Q4 FY25, compared to Rs 184.87 crore in Q4 FY24. Gaming operations contributed Rs 166.39 crore, while hospitality brought in Rs 16.72 crore.
EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs 42.53 crore, down from Rs 48.3 crore YoY. The EBITDA margin came in at 23.28%, down from 26.13% in Q4 FY24.
Profit before tax (PBT) was reported at Rs 426.6 crore, slightly lower than Rs 480.8 crore reported last year. The quarter included an exceptional item of Rs 2,120 crore.
The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.25 per equity share for FY25.
