DEE Development Engineers Limited has secured multiple domestic and international orders with a combined value exceeding ₹173 crore, strengthening its order book across the power sector. The contracts span critical piping solutions, HRSG piping systems, fittings, and flanges, and include awards to both the parent company and its material subsidiary.
Major Order From Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL)
The company has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited for the manufacturing of critical piping components, including the supply of headers and vessels.
This domestic contract, awarded on a job work basis, is valued at ₹26 crore and is scheduled for execution within one year. The company has confirmed that the order does not involve any related party transaction and that the promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity.
Additional Domestic Orders Cross ₹62 Crore
In addition to the BHEL contract, DEE Development Engineers has secured further domestic orders:
A joint venture between an Indian and foreign power sector conglomerate has awarded a Letter of Intent for manufacturing and supply of critical piping solutions on a job work basis. The aggregate contract value exceeds ₹42 crore, with delivery timelines set within one year.
Another order has been received from an Indian power sector conglomerate for manufacturing and supply of piping solutions. This contract is valued at over ₹20 crore and is expected to be executed within six to eight months.
All domestic contracts have been awarded by domestic entities and are confirmed to be non-related party transactions.
International Order Worth US$ 9.5 Million To Thailand Subsidiary
The company’s material subsidiary, DEE Piping Systems (Thailand) Co., Ltd., has secured a significant international contract from a US-based OEM operating in the power sector.
The order includes manufacturing of HRSG piping for 11 units on a job work basis, valued at approximately US$ 8 million. Delivery for this component is scheduled by December 2028.
Additionally, the subsidiary will manufacture pipe fittings and flanges for seven units on a material basis, valued at approximately US$ 1.5 million. Delivery for this segment is expected by December 2027.
The international contract further enhances the company’s global footprint in the power generation segment, particularly in Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) systems.
