Cyient Limited, a global Intelligent Engineering solutions company, has announced the appointment of K. A. Prabhakaran as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of its DET business.
Prabhakaran brings over 30 years of experience in engineering and R&D, having previously served as Vice President and CTO for Honeywell’s Process Solutions group. His expertise spans digital transformation, product innovation, and global research partnerships across industries like Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Life Sciences, and Renewable Energy. He will now be based in Bengaluru, India.
As CTO, Prabhakaran will lead Cyient’s technological vision, drive innovation, and develop market-ready solutions to enhance the company’s competitiveness. He will focus on fostering new capabilities, expanding the company’s technology footprint, and strengthening partnerships with research and academic institutions.
