Consolidated Construction Consortium Limited (CCCL) has announced a significant boost to its project pipeline, confirming fresh orders worth ₹458 crore from various domestic clients. The company revealed that these contracts cover large-scale construction works across multiple sites in India, strengthening its presence in the buildings, factories, and heavy civil infrastructure segments.
According to CCCL, the new orders include the construction of buildings and factory structures spanning nearly 11 lakh sq. ft. across different locations in the country. These projects have been awarded as BOQ-based item-rate contracts and are scheduled to be executed before the close of the 2028–29 financial year.
In addition to projects from several private and government clients, the company highlighted a major win from the Government of Kerala. CCCL secured a ₹432-crore contract to develop an iconic commercial building in Trivandrum under its Heavy Civil and Special Projects Divisions. Alongside this, further orders worth ₹26 crore have been received under the Buildings & Factories (B&F) Division between 25 November 2025 and the present date, bringing the total to ₹458 crore.
CCCL confirmed that all the contracts have been awarded by domestic entities and clarified that neither the promoter group nor related parties have any interest in the awarding organisations
