Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited has declared its first interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25. The Board has approved a dividend of ₹24 per equity share, with a face value of ₹1 per share. The total dividend payout will amount to ₹653 crore. This dividend will be disbursed starting November 21, 2024, to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members or Beneficial Owners as of November 4, 2024.
Commenting on the company’s consistent performance, Ms. Prabha Narasimhan, Managing Director & CEO of Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited, expressed her satisfaction, highlighting the broad-based growth across portfolios, led by flagship products such as Colgate Maxfresh and Colgate Strong Teeth. She emphasized that, despite challenging market conditions, Colgate remains committed to investing in superior products and expanding advertising efforts.

This quarter also saw notable innovation with the launch of Colgate Visible White Purple, which uses color theory for whitening products. Additionally, new advertisements for Colgate Total, which features patented Dual Zinc and Arginine technology, have further strengthened the company’s market position.
