  • Revenue from Operations: Bharat Forge recorded revenue from operations at ₹3,688.51 crore in Q2 FY25, a 2.3% decrease year-over-year (YoY) from ₹3,774.19 crore in the same quarter last year. Sequentially, revenue declined by 10.1% from ₹4,106.15 crore in Q1 FY25.
  • Total Income: The company’s total income for Q2 FY25 stood at ₹3,750.16 crore, down 2% YoY from ₹3,826.67 crore in Q2 FY24, and a 9.8% decline QoQ from ₹4,157.79 crore in the previous quarter.
  • Profit Before Tax (PBT): Profit before tax reached ₹385.18 crore, a 14.1% growth YoY from ₹336.65 crore in Q2 FY24, although it marked a 14.6% decline QoQ from ₹450.62 crore in Q1 FY25.
  • Net Profit: Bharat Forge’s net profit for Q2 FY25 was ₹243.29 crore, up by 13.2% from ₹214.85 crore in Q2 FY24. However, net profit was down by 7.5% QoQ from ₹262.14 crore in Q1 FY25.
