Ceigall India has received a significant boost in its renewable energy portfolio. Following the Letter of Intent dated 7th September 2025, the company is pleased to announce that it has now received the Letter of Award dated 2nd October 2025 from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd. (MSEDCL). The award is for the development of solar photovoltaic power generating stations with a total capacity of 190 MW (AC) under the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0 scheme.
The project involves setting up grid-connected solar power plants across four districts in Maharashtra. Ceigall India will execute the construction of the project within 18 months and operate, maintain, and supply power for 25 years under a long-term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). The estimated project cost is Rs. 712.16 crore (including GST).
The order has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not involve any related party transactions. Ceigall India remains fully independent of any interest in MSEDCL or its affiliates.
