The collaboration kicks off with a proof of concept (POC) at the BSNL exchange in Mindi, Visakhapatnam, where BCSSL serves as the principal partner for BSNL.
The 5G FWA project aims to demonstrate high-speed, secure, and scalable connectivity for both enterprise and residential users. Orange brings its global expertise in network integration to ensure seamless and efficient implementation. The initiative is expected to play a key role in addressing connectivity challenges in regions where traditional fiber deployment is costly or impractical.
The success of this POC will validate the operational benefits of 5G FWA and pave the way for broader adoption across multiple BSNL exchanges nationwide.
