The company reported a net profit of ₹40.53 crore, marking a 164.7% YoY increase from ₹15.31 crore in Q3 FY24. The surge in profitability was driven by improved operational efficiency and lower costs.
Revenue from operations stood at ₹256.4 crore, reflecting an 11.4% YoY growth from ₹230.2 crore in the year-ago period. The total income, including other income, came in at ₹263.6 crore compared to ₹236.5 crore in Q3 FY24.

For the nine-month period ending December 31, 2024, Bharat Rasayan’s revenue stood at ₹886.4 crore, up from ₹744.9 crore in the same period last year. The net profit for the period surged to ₹115.79 crore, reflecting a massive jump from ₹28.4 crore in 9M FY24.
The company’s robust performance in Q3 indicates continued strength in its agrochemicals business, positioning it well for future growth.
