Berger Paints India Limited reported a consolidated net profit of ₹262.91 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 (Q4 FY25), marking a decline of 11.5% quarter-on-quarter from ₹295.97 crore in Q3 FY25. However, on a year-on-year basis, profit rose 18.3% from ₹222.62 crore in Q4 FY24.

Revenue from operations stood at ₹2,704.03 crore, up 7.3% YoY compared to ₹2,520.28 crore in Q4 FY24. Total income, including other income, came in at ₹2,721.14 crore.

On the expenses front, total expenditure during the quarter was ₹2,380.55 crore, up from ₹2,274.13 crore in the same period last year. Key cost contributors included raw materials consumed at ₹1,393.22 crore and employee benefit expenses at ₹201.52 crore.

Profit before tax stood at ₹349.93 crore in Q4 FY25, compared to ₹294.05 crore in Q4 FY24. Tax expense for the quarter was ₹87.02 crore, leading to the final net profit of ₹262.91 crore.

For the full year FY25, the company reported a net profit of ₹1,182.81 crore, marginally higher than ₹1,169.82 crore in FY24. Total income for FY25 stood at ₹11,639.49 crore, down slightly from ₹11,262.60 crore in the previous fiscal.
