
Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd., a Government of India enterprise, reported its audited financial results for the quarter and full year ended March 31, 2025. The company posted a net profit of ₹58.77 crore for Q4FY25, compared to ₹61.08 crore in the same quarter last year.
Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹608.16 crore, rising from ₹576.68 crore in Q4FY24. On an annual basis, the company’s revenue increased to ₹2,515.63 crore in FY25, up from ₹2,339.23 crore in FY24. Annual net profit was ₹194.81 crore, marginally lower than ₹199.30 crore reported in the previous year.
The Board of Directors, in its meeting held on May 15, 2025, recommended a dividend of ₹8.50 per share on the face value of ₹10 for FY25. The payout is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting and will be disbursed within 30 days from the date of declaration.
