The newly introduced premix will be available in three variants — Classic Vanilla, Premium Vanilla, and Premium Chocolate — aimed at ensuring ease of preparation and consistency in quality for busy commercial kitchens.

This strategic move marks the company’s entry into the growing bakery ingredient space, further strengthening its already expansive food portfolio under the Fortune brand. The egg-free formulation caters to a wide range of consumers, including vegetarians and those with dietary restrictions, while providing professional bakers a convenient and customizable base for cake production.

Mukesh Mishra, Senior VP – Sales & Marketing, noted that the premix has been designed based on extensive consumer and market research, and emphasized the brand’s focus on efficiency, consistency, and versatility. He added that the premix category remains under-penetrated and offers significant scope for growth and disruption, making this launch a key step in expanding AWL’s reach within India’s food service ecosystem.

With a nationwide rollout planned for urban markets, the company aims to become a key partner for bakery chefs, cloud kitchens, catering units, and professional bakers.
