Aptus Pharma Limited has announced a major expansion of its over-the-counter (OTC) business in Gujarat through its dedicated Aptus Well Care Division. The company outlined the development in an official press release submitted to the stock exchanges on December 12, 2025.
According to the announcement, the expansion focuses on high-demand consumer categories such as face care, body and skin care, and hair care. This growth push will be led by its flagship brands Timglo, Kerava and Shirovita, which the company expects will gain strong traction across key markets.
Aptus Pharma also revealed plans to broaden its cosmeceutical and OTC product lines. Upcoming launches include new hygiene-care and pain-relief offerings, oral-care products, and new SKUs like Timglo Detox and Kerava Shea Moisturizer.
To support the wider rollout, the company is strengthening its field force and distributor network, aiming to place its OTC products in significantly more medical stores throughout Gujarat. The move positions the company to capture a larger share of the state’s rapidly growing personal-care market.
Commenting on the development, Managing Director Tejas Hathi said the expansion across high-demand categories would help Aptus Pharma secure a stronger foothold in Gujarat’s evolving OTC and personal-care landscape.
The press release also highlights Aptus Pharma’s continued focus on specialty and chronic therapy areas, supported by its distribution network and dedicated sales force.
