According to the terms of the agreement, the company has been awarded exclusive rights to further develop and market Triple Hair Inc’s recently created items in the Indian territory. The Company will pursue this development and commercialization after acquiring the relevant regulatory approvals or licenses in India. The agreement allows the company the exclusive right to use Triple Hair’s intellectual property rights (Patent) only for the purpose of carrying out the i studies and perform the services as stipulated in the agreement.
