Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited delivered a robust operational performance in Q3 FY26, supported by strong residential demand and the successful launch of its flagship project, Ajmera Solis at Vikhroli. The company’s latest business update highlights sharp year-on-year growth across sales value, sales area, and collections, reinforcing its execution strength and improving cash flow visibility.

During Q3 FY26, Ajmera Realty reported sales value of ₹603 crore, registering a 123% YoY growth compared to Q3 FY25. Sales area stood at 2,62,975 sq. ft., reflecting a 59% YoY increase, while collections surged 99% YoY to ₹333 crore. The strong performance was largely driven by the launch of Ajmera Solis, Vikhroli, where 84% of Phase 1 inventory was absorbed shortly after launch, demonstrating strong customer response and market confidence in the project.

On a sequential basis, while sales value moderated compared to Q2 FY26 due to project launch timing, collections improved significantly, rising 51% QoQ, which strengthened liquidity and near-term cash flow outlook.

For the nine months ended FY26, Ajmera Realty recorded its highest-ever sales performance. Sales value reached ₹1,431 crore, up 72% YoY, while sales volume increased to 5,55,991 sq. ft., marking a 36% YoY growth. Collections for 9M FY26 stood at ₹787 crore, up 70% YoY, reflecting disciplined inventory management, steady execution, and sustained end-user demand across its portfolio.
