Afcom Holdings has announced a strategic partnership with Air India SATS Airport Services (AISATS), a leading gateway and cargo handling services operator, to enhance freighter operations at the upcoming Noida International Airport.
Through its wholly-owned special purpose vehicle, AISATS Noida Cargo Terminal Private Limited (ANCTPL), AISATS plans to position Noida International Airport as North India’s premier cargo gateway. The initiative is aimed at complementing major cargo hubs like Delhi and Mumbai, supporting India’s vision of becoming a global trade powerhouse.
Delhi currently processes the highest air cargo tonnage in India in terms of both exports and imports. This partnership offers Afcom a significant opportunity to enter the country’s largest air cargo market, expanding its international freighter network.
The collaboration marks a key milestone in strengthening India’s cargo ecosystem, combining AISATS’ world-class infrastructure capabilities with Afcom’s growing international logistics expertise.
