Advait Energy has received a major domestic order from Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited (DGVCL), strengthening its position in India’s power distribution infrastructure space. The order, awarded in the normal course of business, relates to a turnkey project under the Kishan Suryodaya Yojana (KSY) scheme or other applicable schemes within DGVCL’s jurisdiction.

As per the regulatory disclosure under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the contract involves the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 11 KV 55mm² AAAC Medium Voltage Covered Conductor (MVCC) along with associated accessories. The project is aimed at improving the reliability and safety of power distribution networks in the region, particularly in agricultural and rural areas covered under the KSY scheme.

The total value of the order stands at ₹99.99 crore, inclusive of taxes. The execution timeline for the project is 18 months from the date of award, which was December 18, 2025. The contract has been awarded by a domestic entity, and Advait Energy confirmed that there is no promoter or promoter group interest in the awarding authority. The order also does not fall under related party transactions.
