ABB India Limited has announced that it has bagged a domestic order worth Rs 173.55 crore from Siemens Gamesa Renewable Power Private Limited, Chennai. The order, placed on August 28, 2025, involves the supply of 3.X wind turbine converters and electrical cabinets on a built-to-print basis from ABB’s Nelamangala factory premises.
Execution timeline
As per the filing, monthly deliveries under this contract will commence in January 2026 and continue until December 2026.

The project strengthens ABB India’s foothold in the renewable energy sector, particularly in the wind power equipment space. The company highlighted that the deal strictly falls under domestic supply orders and has no related party transactions involved.
