360 ONE WAM shares in focus in trade today after deal announcement with UBS

Shares of 360 ONE WAM Ltd (formerly IIFL Wealth) are expected to remain in focus in today’s trading session after the company announced a significant strategic deal with global financial services giant UBS AG.

The company, in a filing on Monday, said it will acquire UBS’s domestic wealth management and broking business for a total consideration of ₹307 crore. The deal also includes a preferential investment of ₹2,112 crore by UBS through warrant issuance, potentially giving it a 4.95% stake in 360 ONE WAM post-conversion.

The market will be closely watching investor sentiment around the deal, especially as it positions 360 ONE WAM to scale its operations and client reach in India’s high-net-worth wealth management space. The transaction adds around ₹26,000 crore in assets under management, further strengthening the firm’s position in the market.

Stock performance on April 21, 2025 (Yesterday)
