Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) has announced the appointment of Rahul Agarwal as a part-time government director on its Board of Directors. This decision, communicated by the Ministry of Railways, was made official through an order dated 19 March 2026. Agarwal, who is currently serving as the Principal Executive Director TT(M) at the Railway Board, replaces Prabhas Dansana in this role.
Rahul Agarwal’s appointment is effective immediately and will continue until he holds the position of Principal Executive Director TT(M) at the Railway Board or until further orders are issued. This change is in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the Companies Act 2013.
CONCOR has stated that the necessary procedures for this appointment are being completed, and the required disclosures will be filed with the stock exchanges within the stipulated time.
