Ceigall India Limited’s wholly owned subsidiary, Ceigall Infra Projects Private Limited, has emerged as the L1 bidder in a significant highway project tender. The contract, awarded by the National Highways Authority of India, is valued at ₹603 crore.
The project involves the construction of a 6-lane access-controlled spur connectivity, starting from Ch. 15+100 of the Ambala – Chandigarh section of NH-205A and terminating at Ch. 2+500 of the Zirakpur Bypass. The total length of the project is 10.300 kilometres, and it will be executed under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) in the state of Punjab.
The contract specifies an 18-month construction period, followed by a 15-year operation and maintenance period. This project is categorised as a domestic contract and does not involve any related party transactions.
