Balaji Amines has announced a change in the name of its internal audit firm following a reconstitution. The firm, previously known as M/s. Pandhare & Co., has been renamed M/s. Pandhare Bhutada & Co. This change comes as a result of the induction of new partners into the firm.
The company communicated this development in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The reconstitution and subsequent name change of the audit firm have been duly noted for record-keeping purposes.
