Avantel has announced the acquisition of a significant contract valued at Rs 28.20 crore from the Coast Guard Headquarters, New Delhi. The contract, dated May 25, 2026, involves the supply, installation, commissioning, and annual comprehensive maintenance of Satcom products.
The contract, which includes applicable taxes, is a domestic order awarded by the Coast Guard Headquarters. As per the agreement, Avantel is required to provide a performance bank guarantee of 5%. The contract is set to be executed by August 2027.
The nature of the contract involves both manufacturing and service, and it has been classified as a domestic order. Notably, there is no involvement of the promoter group or related party transactions in this contract.
