The original purchase orders were received on 22 November 2025 and 5 May 2026. The recent amendment was received on 21 May 2026, indicating a growing demand for Avantel‘s power amplifiers. The company is expected to execute the order by September 2026.
The purchase order was awarded by Bharat Electronics Limited, a domestic entity. The significant terms and conditions include a performance bank guarantee of 5%. The nature of the order is manufacturing, and it does not fall under related party transactions.
Avantel has confirmed that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the entity awarding the order, ensuring transparency in the transaction.
