Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals restarts its Methanol Plant, expected revenue to grow by Rs 150 crore in FY21

Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd. (GSFC) has restarted its Methanol Plant with installed capacity of 525 metric tonnes per day. The Plant was commissioned earlier in 2013, however no commercial production took place for the same as the same was unviable due to high raw material cost and non-availability of market, the Vadodara Gujarat based company said on Thursday. The revenue of the Company will be up by approximately 150 Crores in the current Financial Year 2020-21.

Route Mobile Ltd. to launch Rs 600 crore IPO by September 11

Route Mobile Ltd., a cloud service provider will launch its initial public offering (IPO) next week estimated from date September 11, 2020 and closing on 16 September 2020 to raise Rs 600 crore through fresh issue and OFS. The share is going to be price band at Rs 350- Rs 370 of Rs 10 face value units. The minimum lot size is going to be a minimum of 40 shares.

Governement caps export incentives under MEIS to Rs 2 crore, RoDTEP to come into effect from Jan 1

The Central government on Tuesday capped export incentives under the Merchant Export from India Scheme (MEIS) at Rs 2 crore per exporter on outbound shipments executed during September 1 to December 31, 2020 period. Under MEIS, the government provides duty benefits in form of rewards as payable as a percentage of realised free-on-board value and MEIS duty credit scrip can be transferred or used for payment of a number of duties, including the basic customs duty.
