PNC Infratech Limited has announced its financial results for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2026, revealing significant figures for both standalone and consolidated performances. The company reported standalone revenue of ₹1458 crore for Q4 FY26, with an EBITDA of ₹175 crore and a PAT of ₹100 crore. For the entire fiscal year, standalone revenue reached ₹4633 crore, with an EBITDA of ₹583 crore and a PAT of ₹344 crore.

On a consolidated basis, ‘s Q4 FY26 revenue was ₹1617 crore, with an EBITDA of ₹277 crore and a PAT of ₹108 crore. The consolidated revenue for the full fiscal year stood at ₹5368 crore, with an EBITDA of ₹1137 crore and a PAT of ₹832 crore.

The financial results include notable gains, such as a bonus of ₹56 crore from and an arbitration award amounting to ₹516 crore received by two SPVs, Private Limited and Limited, from . The company also realised a gain of ₹19 crore net of tax from the monetisation of one HAM asset in Q4 FY26 and a gain of ₹337 crore net of tax from the monetisation of 12 HAM assets in FY26.
