Greaves Electric Mobility has expanded its electric two-wheeler portfolio with the launch of the all-new Ampere Magnus Neo, a scooter designed to deliver a lighter, smoother, and more comfortable riding experience for urban users.

The latest variant under the Ampere brand focuses strongly on rider comfort and everyday practicality. With improved seat ergonomics and a lightweight build, the Magnus Neo aims to make daily commuting easier, especially in city traffic conditions.

Designed for comfort and city riding

The new Ampere Magnus Neo has been developed with a rider-first approach, ensuring better posture and reduced fatigue during both short trips and longer daily commutes. Its lightweight construction improves manoeuvrability, while the 10-inch rear tyre enhances balance and control, particularly on busy urban roads.

With a lower seat height of 777 mm and a kerb weight of just 103 kg, the scooter offers better ground reach and easier handling. This makes it especially suitable for stop-and-go traffic situations commonly experienced in Indian cities.

Enhanced performance and stability

Building on the existing Magnus platform, the new variant introduces an updated wheel and motor configuration. This results in smoother acceleration, improved stability, and better handling across different road conditions.

The scooter continues to feature a strong dual-frame chassis along with well-tuned braking systems, ensuring a stable and confidence-inspiring ride for everyday users.

Proven reliability with record achievement

The Ampere Magnus Neo platform has already demonstrated its reliability by setting a national record for the “Longest Journey by a City-Speed Family Electric Scooter,” covering over 2,300 km from Bengaluru to Delhi.

This achievement highlights the scooter’s durability and performance capabilities in real-world riding conditions.

Advanced battery technology for long-term use

The Magnus Neo is powered by advanced LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery technology, known for its durability and safety. The battery offers up to 2x longer lifecycle, extending its usability up to 10 years.

It has also been tested across extreme temperature conditions ranging from -40°C to 60°C, making it suitable for diverse Indian climates.

Colour options and pricing

The new Magnus Neo is available in four modern colour options:
Mystic Mauve, Butter Yellow, Ocean Blue, and Matcha Green—giving riders a fresh and expressive design choice.
