Ceigall India Limited has announced the incorporation of a new project Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) named Ceigall Ambala Chandigarh Zirakpur Limited. The decision was approved by the Management Committee of the Board of Directors during their meeting on April 23, 2026.
The new SPV will operate as a step-down subsidiary of Ceigall India Limited and is set to be incorporated in India. It will focus on infrastructure development, specifically implementing a project awarded to Ceigall Infra Projects Private Limited by the National Highways Authority of India. This project involves the construction of a 6-lane access-controlled Spur connectivity, starting from Ch. 15+100 of the Ambala – Chandigarh section of NH-205A and terminating at Ch. 2+500 of the Zirakpur Bypass. The total length of the project is 10.300 km, and it will be executed under the Hybrid Annuity Mode in the State of Punjab.
The incorporation of the SPV will be completed with a cash consideration, with Ceigall India Limited subscribing to 26% of the shares at a cost of ₹26,000. No governmental or regulatory approvals are required for this incorporation.
