KNR Constructions Limited has announced the receipt of ₹32.87 crore as its share of claims, including ₹6.89 crore in interest, from a settlement agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) and BSCPL Infrastructure Limited. The funds are expected to be received on 23rd April 2026.
The settlement agreement was signed on 30th March 2026 and pertains to the Hubli-Hospet section of NH-63. The principal amount of the claim is ₹25.98 crore, supplemented by an interest component of ₹6.89 crore.
The dispute was resolved through the Conciliation Committee of Independent Experts (CCIE), which facilitated the settlement between the involved parties.
This financial inflow is part of a joint venture between KNR Constructions and BSCPL Infrastructure Limited, aimed at addressing claims with the NHAI.
