Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited reported a steady performance for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, with growth in both revenue and profitability on a year-on-year basis.
The company posted a net profit of ₹77.5 crore in Q4FY26, marginally up 1.1% compared to ₹76.6 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year.
Revenue from operations increased 16.2% YoY to ₹752.3 crore, as against ₹647.3 crore in Q4FY25, reflecting healthy topline growth.
EBITDA stood at ₹94.5 crore in Q4FY26, compared to ₹98.0 crore in the year-ago period, down 3.6% YoY. EBITDA margin came in at 12.6% vs 15.1% YoY.
The growth in revenue was offset by higher expenses, particularly in cost of materials and other operating costs, which weighed on margins during the quarter.
Overall, the quarter reflects strong revenue growth but largely flat profitability with pressure on margins, indicating cost-side challenges.
