Petronet LNG Limited has issued a notification requesting shareholders to register or update their email addresses to receive official communications including notices of postal ballot, shareholders’ meetings, and other shareholder-related correspondence.
The company made the announcement in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Petronet LNG published newspaper advertisements in Hindustan Times (English) and Amar Ujala (Hindi) on 20th April 2026 to reach shareholders with the request.
The move aims to streamline communication channels between the company and its shareholder base by ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact information. By registering or updating their email addresses, shareholders can ensure they receive timely notice of important corporate events and communications directly to their registered email accounts.
This notification was submitted to both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited by Rajan Kapur, GGM and President – Company Secretary of Petronet LNG. The company’s registered office is located at Fourth Floor, Tower-I, World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi.
