State-run NBCC (India) Limited has emerged as the highest bidder for the purchase of a commercial tower at Bharat Business Park in New Delhi, with an estimated investment of around ₹1,374.45 crore, according to an exchange filing dated April 17, 2026.

The company informed that its board has approved participation in an e-auction process for acquiring a super built-up area of approximately 279,989 sq. ft. at Bharat Business Park, Sarojini Nagar. The property is intended for self-use, leasing, and/or investment purposes.

NBCC said it participated in the e-auction held on April 16, 2026, and successfully emerged as the highest bidder. The acquisition will be executed in a phased manner, with payments linked to construction progress and subject to the terms and conditions of the auction.

The total estimated investment of ₹1,374.45 crore includes duties and taxes, and the transaction remains subject to completion of necessary formalities and execution of definitive agreements.

The move aligns with NBCC’s strategy to expand its real estate footprint in prime commercial locations, particularly in high-demand government-backed redevelopment zones such as Sarojini Nagar.
