Tech Mahindra and Orange Business have announced that they have entered exclusive negotiations to form a non-equity, global strategic partnership aimed at accelerating digital transformation for enterprises worldwide. The proposed collaboration is designed to strengthen their global go-to-market strategy, enhance regional cooperation, and deliver secure, scalable, and AI-powered solutions that are increasingly in demand across industries.

Under the proposed agreement, the two companies plan to combine their complementary strengths to drive innovation at scale. The partnership will focus on leveraging Orange Business’ established platforms alongside Tech Mahindra’s delivery capabilities to offer advanced digital and connectivity services to global customers. As part of the arrangement, a portion of Orange Business’ global customer support, quote-to-bill operations, and post-sales teams outside France would be outsourced to Tech Mahindra.

The move aligns with Orange Business’ ambition to become the undisputed global leader in secure enterprise connectivity. By expanding international collaboration and investing in high-growth markets, the company aims to strengthen its competitive positioning and expand its global footprint. However, the French operations and certain sensitive and sovereign customer segments, including national security and defense, will remain outside the scope of this partnership to ensure compliance with French and European regulatory requirements.

The collaboration is expected to enhance operational efficiency, accelerate automation, and improve service scalability. By combining Orange Business International’s strong market positioning with Tech Mahindra’s agile and large-scale delivery model, both companies aim to boost competitiveness and create greater value for enterprise clients. A comprehensive review of current processes, tools, and performance metrics will be undertaken to identify areas where Tech Mahindra’s expertise can maximize operational impact and efficiency.

The proposed partnership is also intended to complement the ongoing digital transformation initiatives at Orange Business. By reinforcing execution capabilities and expanding delivery scale, the collaboration seeks to help enterprises adapt to rapidly evolving digital ecosystems while maintaining secure and reliable connectivity solutions.

Aliette Mousnier-Lompré, CEO of Orange Business, described the partnership as a significant growth catalyst that would accelerate market reach and operational excellence while maintaining the company’s core values of trust, performance, and responsibility. She highlighted that customers would benefit from the combination of Orange Business’ trusted brand, networks, and platforms with Tech Mahindra’s agile and competitive delivery capabilities.

Mohit Joshi, CEO and Managing Director of Tech Mahindra, stated that the strategic partnership is aimed at shaping the future of enterprise connectivity and digital experiences. He emphasized that the collaboration is guided by a shared commitment to growth, empowerment, and industry transformation, enabling enterprises to unlock new possibilities in an increasingly connected world.
