The area is widely known for its vibrant wedding shopping markets, jewellery outlets, fashion stores, and long-standing commercial legacy. By placing the project in this prime location, Omaxe aims to bring structured development and modern planning to a market that already commands strong consumer traction.
The land parcel for Omaxe Chowk has been secured through a competitive bidding process conducted by the Rail Land Development Authority and is being developed on a leasehold basis.
