Royal Orchid Hotels announced the signing of a new property, Regenta Suites & Residences Jaipur, further expanding its presence in Rajasthan and strengthening its asset-light growth strategy, according to a press release filed with the stock exchanges .
The newly signed property is a 60-key hotel located in the heart of Jaipur City Center and will be operated under a hotel management agreement. The signing reinforces Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels’ focus on expanding in key urban and leisure-driven destinations without deploying significant capital.
Regenta Suites & Residences Jaipur is being developed by SSBC Group, owned by Mr. Madan Lal Yadav, and is strategically positioned to provide easy access to commercial hubs, lifestyle districts, and major cultural landmarks in the Pink City. Designed in a suites and residences format, the property will cater to long-stay guests, business travellers, and families, offering spacious accommodation with enhanced comfort and convenience.
The hotel is expected to open by April 2026, adding a contemporary hospitality offering to Jaipur under the Regenta brand. The company said the signing aligns with its broader strategy of expanding its premium and mid-scale portfolio across high-demand markets.
