SML Mahindra Limited has reported a solid performance for December 2025, with overall vehicle sales showing strong year-on-year growth across both cargo and passenger segments.
During December 2025, SML Mahindra sold a total of 1,044 vehicles, compared with 626 units in December 2024. This translates into a year-on-year growth of 67%, reflecting a sharp improvement in monthly volumes.
Cargo vehicle sales stood at 462 units in December 2025, up from 262 units in the same month last year, registering a growth of 76%. Passenger vehicle sales also witnessed a strong rise, with volumes increasing to 582 units from 364 units a year ago, marking a 60% growth.
The company also posted healthy numbers on a cumulative basis. For the April–December period of the 2025–26 financial year, SML Mahindra’s total sales reached 11,335 units, compared with 9,593 units in the corresponding period of 2024–25. This represents an overall growth of 18% on a year-on-year basis.
Cumulative cargo vehicle sales during April–December 2025–26 came in at 3,820 units, up from 2,770 units in the previous year, reflecting a growth of 38%. Passenger vehicle sales for the same period increased to 7,515 units from 6,823 units, recording a growth of 10%.
